Developer Advocate

About the role

You’ll help developers discover and use Doxa Labs tools. That means writing tutorials, creating example projects, answering questions on GitHub, and representing us at meetups or conferences. You’re not selling anything — you’re helping people solve problems with tools we’ve built.

What you’ll do

  • Create tutorials, example projects, and code samples for our open-source tools
  • Write and publish technical content (blog posts, threads, short-form guides)
  • Engage with the developer community on GitHub — triage issues, answer questions, welcome new contributors
  • Identify gaps in our documentation and developer experience, then fix them
  • Attend or speak at developer meetups and conferences

What we’re looking for

  • You enjoy explaining things and helping people get unstuck
  • Strong writing and communication skills — you can adapt your tone from a tweet to a long-form blog post
  • Enough technical depth to build real projects with our tools (not just demo apps)
  • Experience creating developer content — blog posts, videos, talks, or open-source contributions
  • You’re active in at least one developer community and people know your name

Nice to have

  • An existing audience (blog, YouTube, Twitter/X) — size doesn’t matter, consistency does
  • Experience with Zig, TypeScript, Go, or SvelteKit
  • Public speaking experience
